The Fayetteville Wellness Center is a warm and welcoming 4,600 square foot facility with 14 treatment rooms. The facility features 9 individual massage treatment rooms, and 4 aesthetics/skin care rooms.

We are located off of Zion Road behind Lowe’s. LaVida Massage + Skincare and Medspa has been open since September 2008 serving the wellness needs of Northwest Arkansas.
